TROY SMILDZINS
Managing Partner
Troy Smildzins founded Titanium Pacific Partners to invest in growing private companies. Troy has over 20 years of experience as a private equity investor and strategic advisor, and has served on the boards of numerous private companies across a broad range of industries. He leads all investment activities for Titanium Pacific, including the structuring, negotiation and closing of portfolio investments. Prior to forming Titanium Pacific, Troy was a Partner at Seidler Equity Partners, a leading middle-market private equity firm with over $2.0 billion in capital under management. During his 14 years at Seidler, the firm raised five private equity funds and grew from four employees to over 20.
Troy started his career in the Corporate Finance groups at Arthur Andersen and KPMG. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from USC and an MBA (with honors) from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA.
